The Accommodation
Alexia’s Apartments extends to three levels, connected by a marble staircase. The guest apartments are located both on the ground floor and on the first and second floor. They are divided into single, double, triple and quadruple, depending on the number of guests they can accommodate and the size of each apartment.
On the ground floor of Alexia’s Apartments the guest is welcomed by the reception, as well as a living room, where guests can spend pleasant time. On the first floor, a small gym is available for those who do not want to give up any of their daily habits - but also for those who want to adopt a new one. There is also a second living room on the second floor, while outdoors tenants will find private parking.
Amenities
All apartments have air conditioning and heating with heat pump, as well as hot water 24 hours a day. All without exception also include a kitchen, fully equipped with the necessary electrical appliances and cooking and serving utensils. The table with the chairs or the couch offer the comfort and warm feeling of a small living room, even in small single rooms. Wardrobes and safes offer storage space, and some apartments also have a washing machine. All rooms have flat-screen TVs with LED technology. Beautiful balconies with canopy awnings also offer views and a comfortable space for relaxing moments in the fresh air.
Finally, if you love cycling, Alexia’s Apartments provides bicycles, either to facilitate your transportation to and from the apartments or to Rio Beach and Rio downtown, or simply to give you the choice to explore the area in a fun and original way.

Single
From 20 to 35 square meters, single apartments are designed for the accommodation of a guest and include a single bed.
2 Guests
Double
From 40 to 45 square meters, double apartments are designed for the accommodation of two guests and include a double bed or twin beds.
3 to 4 Guests
Triple
From 45 to 60 square meters, triple apartments are designed for the accommodation of three guests and have a double king-size bed or twin beds as well as a couch that opens to a single bed, accommodating one more guest.
